Description |
The Omega project was developed in our materials testing laboratory. The increase in the use of carbon fibre, which is now standardised as the ideal material for the manufacture of bicycle parts and frames, led us to study and develop its wide range of capacities.
Its use in combination with other alloys like enriched aluminium and the variety of applications for making stems, forks or frame tubes all come under the name of the OMEGA PROJECT.
We chose the last letter of the alphabet because our aim is to provide the ultimate response to the needs of the most demanding of our customers. All parts created under this name have been widely tested and subjected to all kinds of assays in order to produce products with top level finishes.

Part of the OMEGA project, the STAR SERIES is the high point in KUIPS carbon
components.
All the parts belonging to this series have been specially designed for their specifi c use in top-level sports.
Their design responds to all the determining factors of top competition. Based on
contemporary and attractive aesthetics it offers the most demanding performance in
resistance, reliability and lightweight.
All the STAR SERIES components are made entirely of high-modulus carbon fi bre that
combines, like no other material known to date, extreme resistance and lightweight.
After each part is checked for its optimal properties, they are subjected to real-life tests by professional sports men and women and their fi ndings are taken into account to obtain more refined components for each speciality.
