HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

You can contact us via the Kit section on our website and we will provide you with information. You can click HERE to access the contact form.

You can also email us at customclothing@spiuk.com with your idea. A brand representative will contact you within 48 hours. You will be asked to provide certain information so we can asses which garment best suits you.

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

Don't limit yourself. All you need to do is to pass on your idea if you have one. But if you are not sure, our design team is at your disposal to provide advice during the process.

HOW MUCH WILL THE DESIGN COST?

The design IS ALWAYS FREE should you ultimately decide to produce your kit with us. We will not charge you for your exclusive design.

If, at the end of the day, your design is not produced, the patter and design costs would be €150 and €30 for vectoring.

SHOULD I HAVE A DESIGN IN MIND BEFOREHAND?

There is no reason why. Remember that our designers are there to ADVISE you from the get go. In any event, we are sure that within your gruppetto you will have seen many ideas that you like. If you can provide us with a photo, drawing or idea we will try and reflect it as best as possible.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE TYPE OF GARMENT I NEED?

Remember that at Spiuk you will always be provided with the right advice so you can decide which clothing range best suits your needs. In any event you can click HERE and view a diagram that we have prepared to help you better understand the usage characteristics of each range.

WHEN OR HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS START?

The process starts wit your OK when you provide written acceptance of the quotation.

ARE THEIR ANY DESIGN LIMITS?

Thanks to the sublimation techniques employed and the high precision of our machinery, we can implement practically any design you like. There are therefore NO limits on the design or colours that can be included in patterns. In any event we do recommend that graphics do not cross seams, etc.

On the other hand fluoride colours can be included by using special A.V. dyes, which costs an extra €2/garment.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE SAMPLES FOR SIZE FITTING?

Following quotation acceptance your assigned Commercial Consultant will send you sample sizes for you to try on and select the correct one.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?

For a production run to be viable the minimum order quantities are as follows:

  • - For New Kit a minimum of 25 units, and at least 5 units per type of garment. These figures do not include arm warmers, leg warmers…
  • - For Custom Helmets the minimum is 10 units.
  • - For Socks the minimum is 120 pairs, and at least 60 pairs per size ordered.

CAN I OBTAIN REPLACEMENTS? UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS?

You can request replacement kit, custom helmets, socks.... but remember the design will have to be the same, as it will be considered to be a new order.

The minimum order quantities, in the event of replacements is:

  • - Kit, 15 garments.
  • - In the case of helmets there is no minimum replacement amount.
  • - And in the case of socks, the conditions are the same as for a new order.

WHEN WILL MANUFACTURING START? HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

To proceed with the manufacturing order you must approve the quotation and design sent in PDF format. Remember, this is an important step and you must have given your OK via mail. Make sure everything is correct and as you want it.

Thereafter delivery to the agreed address will take about 5 weeks.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT MY ORDER STATUS?

When an order is started you are assigned a Spiuk Commercial Consultant who can inform you about the status of your kit.

If you manage the process via a store you can also access your Consultant who will contact our Kit department and inform you as soon as possible.

WHAT PAYMENT TERMS ARE ACCEPTED?

We understand that each order is unique so its best you agree the payment terms with your assigned Commercial Consultant before starting the design.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary according to your kit's volume/weight but will always be between €8 and €15 for delivery of your entire order to your chosen address.
